High Flight Heroes Polaris Ranger Sweepstakes – Official Rules (Summary)

No Purchase Necessary: Buying will not improve your chances of winning. Eligibility: Open to U.S. residents 18+ (or age of majority in their state). Employees of the Sponsor, Administrator, or affiliates, and their families, cannot enter. Void where prohibited. Sponsor & Administrator: Sponsored by High Flight Heroes Foundation. Administered by CreatorMate, 2784 West 2650 North, Clinton, UT 84015. Sweepstakes Period: Starts March 20, 2025 (12:00 AM PT) and ends May 26, 2025 (11:59 PM PT). How to Enter: Purchase eligible products at highflightheroes.com (declined/returned purchases are ineligible). Subscribe to the High Flight Heroes newsletter with a double opt-in. Mail a 4" x 6" postcard with your full name, address, phone number, email, and birthdate to PO Box #43, Hooper, UT 84315 (postmarked before the deadline and received within 7 days after the end of the sweepstakes). Each postcard earns 10,000 entries. Maximum 500,000 entries per person, regardless of entry method. Automated entries are prohibited. Winner Selection & Notification: May 30, 2025: 10 potential winners will be randomly selected. A final random drawing will determine the grand prize winner, announced online. Winners will be notified via call, email, or FaceTime and must respond within 10 business days or an alternate winner will be chosen. Prize: 2023 Polaris Ranger Northstar Ultimate TrailBoss (Approximate Retail Value: $45,000). Winner may choose a cash prize of 1/3 of the listed value. Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and subject to taxes. Winner receives a 1099 tax form.
