ERIC BUDGE

Founder & Director of Business Development

Patriotism and a love of this country runs in his blood, Eric’s support for those who have served is unmatched. He builds custom homes all summer long so he can maximize his time during the winter months with veterans and first-responders in the mountains. He consistently and selflessly gives as much as he can to better the lives of others. Eric’s long standing generosity earns his title as ‘Founder’ as he self-funded and started giving away a new snowmobile each year to a deserving veteran or first-responder dating back to 2019. Eric loves snowmobiling and being in the backcountry serving those who have sacrificed for this country.

President

Trae is a US Air Force Officer and avid outdoorsman. He found his love of the outdoors and throttle therapy early in his military career as a powerful outlet to enrich the lives of those serving with him and those who have previously served. When Trae is not pursuing his Doctorate in Systems Engineering from Colorado State University, he spends as much time in the backcountry as possible: snowmobiling, dirt biking, boating, fishing, enjoying comradery building with fellow patriots in the outdoors. He enjoys volunteering to share his passions with others.

BEN ERCANBRACK

Treasurer

Ben is a true American Patriot. He owns a construction company based out of Utah and is heavily involved with Official Patriot Gear. Ben's long standing love of snowmobiling and supporting our service members led him to his role in multiple nonprofits supporting them as much as possible. He and his family show their love of this country supporting every veteran, active duty, and first-responder they can.

JAKE ALLEN

Secretary

From a young age, Jake grew up riding snowmobiles and dirt bikes where he developed a passion for the outdoors. While serving in the US Air Force, he was involved in a fateful avalanche sledding in the Alaska backcountry that would forever change his life trajectory. As his way of giving back, he became a MEDEVAC pilot in the Army. Now Jake spends his time flying as a commercial airline pilot, a helicopter pilot in the Guard, and serving veterans and first-responders with our team. 

DAN ADAMS

Pro Rider & Brand Lead

Dan got into snowmobiling as a necessity to access the backcountry to ride snowboards in 1996, and it has since turned into a passion and lifestyle for him over the years. As one of the first Sledneck's, he established himself as a backcountry leader in the industry. Dan has operated Next Level Riding Clinics since 2008 and is a current Polaris Team Athlete. He has been involved with giving back to Veterans and First-Responders for many years. Dan believes in the High Flight mission and has made it his own. We are excited to have Dan on our team as our Brand Lead, pushing High Flight Heroes to new heights!
